Role: Angular Developer - 123
We’re looking for a proactive Angular Developer to join our distributed engineering team and help us evolve our next‑generation career site and recruitment marketing platform. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to build responsive, scalable, and accessible web applications that thousands of candidates and recruiters use every day.

What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll design and implement new Angular components and modules, optimize existing features for performance and maintainability, and contribute to a robust front-end architecture. Expect to own end‑to‑end user flows—from concept and API integration to testing and deployment—while continuously improving code quality, reusability, and the overall developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Angular components, modules, and services for Talenteria’s recruitment marketing platform
- Translate UX/UI designs and product requirements into responsive, accessible, and high-performing front-end features
- Integrate front-end code with RESTful APIs, collaborating closely with back-end engineers to define and refine contracts
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript code, following internal style guides and best practices
- Implement and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability, prevent regressions, and support continuous delivery
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and front-end issues across different browsers and devices
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical discussions to continuously improve our front-end architecture
- Work closely with product managers and designers in agile ceremonies to refine requirements and estimate work
- Contribute to improving our development tooling, build pipelines, and front-end workflows
- Provide support for production issues, helping diagnose and fix bugs to ensure a smooth user experience

Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of professional experience developing web applications with Angular (v10+ preferred)
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS
- Hands-on experience building reusable Angular components, modules, services, and RxJS-based state management
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating front-end applications with back-end services
- Familiarity with Angular CLI, routing, reactive forms, and performance optimization techniques
- Experience with unit and integration testing (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Jest) and CI/CD workflows
- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and basic web accessibility best practices
- Experience working with Git, code reviews, and agile development practices in a remote or distributed team
- Good written and spoken English, with clear communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
